When I'm trying to get someone to play CTF, the whole game looks very dead

I'd suggest to read the... nope, not manuals, but settings.

I'd like to ask which one out of 10+ snoopers you use. I guess the snooper is trying to highlight your nick, or it highlights everybody who uses this snooper, including yourself.

How about just throw a full list of commands at those n00bs (or vice versa)? They wouldn't read or watch anything anyway, so this way you wouldn't need to waste your time making a video!

On a serious note, those who don't know how to make "basic matches" usually don't know about this site as well, so they wouldn't find this guide anyway.

1.

This "{0}" thingy was supposed to be used as a control symbol/phrase which would be replaced with the current away reason. However, it doesn't vanish when no reason is specified (like in case if away mode is not active). This seem to happen in Polish translation as well, but others work fine.


2. Energy save mode screws up players sorting. For example, if one would enable the "energy save mode when snooper is minimized" thing, and then minimize and maximize the snooper, the players sorting order would be reset to nickname-based one. It'd ignore players groups, too. (Normally, those who are in groups would be displayed at the top, but not in this case)


3. IDK if this happens to anyone else, but I can't rename the first players group into "Buddies". If I would try to do so, its name would be reverted to default one, depending on the current language used.

^ That's what happens to me all the time. I hoped so much it'd be fixed in 1.5, but nope, GS still crashes upon a disconnection. That's quite sad.
