do you know how many rematch games have been played with different players??   its never.....ever.......everrrrrrrrrrr been a problem.

but, as soon as different players might effect Mr. Mod....   his idea was rather than change players, change the pick.

but i agree with peja, and walrus... the rules are to play the pick... if its a draw, if everyone agrees they can RM...  change pick... or just end as a draw, and move to others teams pick.


because i agree... its rly frustrating to play t17 for an hour, then have to rematch over it, if not for a 3rd time. especially if your the kind of guy that was not too interested in playing it the first game.

this problem here can be solved really easily with common sense.. lastly the clan which "caused" the free win (especially that it was the opponent's pick) should not say how to play the rematch, rather saying sorry and arrange times to rematch it, coz they need the sweet points.

Senator: since the issue is with your team mate, maybe you can find out when you guys will be available for the game, and then post the date.... the "avoiding" rule that everyone wants to base this situation on, says the game must be played with in 1 week.... so after 1 weeks time, if voltage still does not get to AG, then i would suggest putting in any other tdc player you want... Berria, Husk, crazy, TheRedi, etc... vs. tita and free.

the avoid rule says same players must play, so you cant have members of the clan avoiding schemes... and then just coming back with your strong line up...

this case is not the same.... this game needs to be played dt vs. tdc regardless of players... clan vs. clan.



and senator, i would love if you took my advice, and used common sense when there is nothing in the rule books.... BUT THEN UPDATE THE RULE BOOK ACCORDINGLY... been saying that forever, and your yet to listen.

you posted a free win, then your setting limitation on our clan, on when, where, and who can play it... seems a bit strange... i think a MOD not involved in the game should give his opinion.

Senator... the free win is reported vs. dt clan...  tdc vs dt...  our roper rating is what it is as a clan, and any other scheme is what it is as a clan.... i don't think you should limit us to what members should play, and i don't think tdc should be limited on what members should play either.

next time dt vs tdc meets for a clanner, we will get this game played, regardless of who is there... if senator, voltage, free, and tita are there... they will move to the front of the line to play... but if not, all that is important is that tdc plays dt in a roper game.

My opinion is games that don't get played right away, usually won't get played because everyone forgets... reporting a free win is not going to improve people's memory.

Its just going to make inaccurate ratings.

MI used to be against free wins for that very reason... Not sure what changed... but apparently some of you support the change.

i just feel like its very easy to forget (and if you were not the type of clan to remind us before our next set of games) you guys would get an undeserved win, and we would get an undeserved loss.

i understand that you thought you had a larger lead then you did, and in cases like that.. where you feel you were robbed of a win... i can MAYBE see doing this... but in any other case i just cant....   

i think it would be better to first ask the clan to finish game, before next clanner... if they for some reason refuse, then you can report a free win. (to force the game)

i just feel like if you guys forget to remind us in our next meeting without a free report...  nobody loses anything... its just a simple roper game, that never got finished.

but now that you reported, and we forget to ask you guys next clanner meeting... the points system is f@#!ed up....

in the past, MI was strongly against Free wins, you had to have a damn good reason to post one...  but for whatever reason, the rules are all of a sudden much more relaxed, and free wins are getting tossed around like peja's ass.

maybe im the only one who feels this way though??     please remind us about this game, next time we play, so it does not get forgotten senator :X  thnx.
