No, not quite. There's a little more tutorials and stuff but it's still not easy for i.e. LoL players to get into.

I read somewhere (can't find source now) that a PC version is planned, but it will probably be released a few months later.

We had something very similar in mind for a different league project. ;) It's definitely a good and exciting thing for everyone if it's implemented properly.

I like your suggestion. Not sure about one thing though, it needs a way to be safe from abuse. Maybe like, every user is able to +1 a certain amount of posts over a certain period of time, for example 10 per week so it doesn't get just spammed like karma does.. There should also be a list with best posts this week/month/ever somewhere. And posts should contain sort of a spoiler tag thingy which can be clicked to expand and see who +1ed the post. :)
Just my thoughts on it.

No smartass, I haven't been playing for the past 1.5 years but I've only been off TUS for a few months. Being bored of the game (or even playing the game, for that matter) has absolutely nothing to do with being here or not.

Why do you try and put your share of the blame on the others, you're de facto one of the guys who are responsible for derailing/ruining dozens of threads which had potential to help the community grow/improve. Is your personal urge to fire back that much more important than the wellbeing of this community? And don't you feel dumb using "but they started it" as an excuse over and over?

I don't even know, to me it feels like this community has cancer or something. It's definitely not healthy.

And for the record, I'm not your average soap opera drama loving kind of guy, I'm not even watching TV anymore because everything that's supposed to be "entertainment" nowadays (except news obviously) is plain retarded.

MI, would you be so kind and split the topic?  ???

So let me get this straight.. We're 20 posts into a topic with a constructive opening post and it's already about avi and Komo having their kindergarten fights, Devilage showing off how badass and rebellious he is and brainless spam just for the sake of spamming. Do you realize how disrespectful this is towards fada? He meant to put up a discussion to improve this community in some way and this is what he gets? Really? You people disgust me, that's the very reason why I haven't been around for a few months. Grow the f@#! up already.

I made a suggestion about the karma system a few months ago, it went almost unnoticed. :(

Damn I was hoping nobody finds that.. :(

On a more serious note, let's keep this thread about the upcoming EAC. You can PM me about my crossdressing fetish. ;)

You must have got a lot of frustration that needs to be lifted off from your chest.

You can tell? It's because thread after thread (after thread..) about Hysteria popped up over the years (emphasis on the word years) and look where we are now, the scheme wasn't touched at all, not a single time. Call me ignorant all you want but this is a fact and can't be denied. Feels very much like talking to a wall, wouldn't you agree?

just a small portion of old schoolers

I'm kinda losing faith in this community. It's us who kept the game alive for so long, it's us who have the most experience in leagues and competitive worms. Of course our opinions should be regarded higher than those of some guys who have been playing for 1 or 2 years and achieved mediocre league results.

But yeah it's just a small portion of old schoolers, might as well ignore them. I hate the way "democracy" is executed on TUS, we keep talking about this stuff because it's important to us, page after page, and the only thing that ever happens is Komo spamming the topic with his f@#!ing opinion and people saying "host a cup". If MI can't make decisions on his own (with more than enough input by many people) then that's fine, let someone else do it. But do something.

In times like these I just wish MI was a little bit more like Kiros. Yeah that's right, I'd rather be banned from this league than be ignored.

Pretty much like every up to date government works, there should be elections and all that. A council of 5 or 7 people seems big enough to me. I actually talked about something like this with Anubis the other day and we both thought it was a good idea but none of us bothered posting it because the way things are, it's just gonna get bashed like every other change bringing suggestion.

Gotta say that was the best post on these forums I've read in a while.

An uneven number of council members would be mandatory for obvious reasons.
