maybe you need more RAM (I don´t know how much you have or what PC you are using)
maybe there is a programm in the background, which uses much of your RAM. check the taskmanager.

I think 5 scenes per player is enough.

hmm, deadline?  I don´t know. maybe 2 weeks. Than I should have enough material to complete the movie ;)

so there is a little lack of scenes :s

update 2:

well, I have cutted the first 5 minutes. now I want to make the rope-part, but there is a lack of scenes.

So I need some extra replays of profecional and fast roping to fill out that part with enough action. i mean some freestyle ropes or something.
