I'll add a few enemies soon, i have the files ready.

As for the rest of the items, i think i added all there is. Spikes, springs, trees, checkpoints, 1UP crates, and the metal crate thing full of bunnies from the end of the zone. The image doesn't show any of them but there are many items!
If you have any specific items in mind link me to a sprite sheet or a screenshot where i can see the item im missing and i'll consider it too!

As for the size, i like it being pixel perfect but i could come up with a "big sprites version" eventually if there's enough demand for that as well

It certainly is iconic since it follows the very first sonic level ever!
I dunno if the blocky theme would suit worms so much, but i'd like to have a level with lava-ish water. And you have that big ass crushing thing for ceilling objects.. you have bats.. snails.. and spikes.
Not much objects to play with, but sounds fun enough in my head. I'll give it a shot eventually. Expect it in a few weeks
