It's not even comparable. People play this game for decades and never even get entry-level-competitive at RR because it's just too overwhelming or hard for them.

Hysteria on the other hand, if you know worms, you need a few minutes and some common sense. This is nothing to take away from the guys at the top of the rankings in Hysteria, I'm sure it takes time and effort to be better than the rest. But being #1 in RR takes much more, it baffles me that there's people who refuse to understand this, after spending more than a decade playing the game.

Komodo telling people they don't know anything about the world is one of the most hilarious things this forum has delivered, ever.

Jonno did say Team17 were planning on updating and fixing the game during its lifetime. But when you launch a multiplayer title without the proper beta testing, shit like this slips, and then a battery of excuses follow as to why we still have that zooming glitch that allows to "cheat" 2 years from now. Or worse, they will justify it someway.

what? I've played all the games in your list and enjoyed most of them. I just don't make up bizarre reasons to hate on a whole brand/genre based on trivialities (more typical to football radicals or religious zealots) just because it doesn't fit my tribe - I don't have a tribe. I do understand the need of being tribal, it's anthropological and a desperate attempt at fabricating an identity when one's own is not very valuable in itself.

At 27, it's perhaps time to broaden your horizons. I'm not saying you should do things you don't like, of course not.
