From what I tested, I prefer Inkscape a lot. I love using vectors to handle shapes.

Im trying to find a good software in order to do maps but I havent found a good one yet that I like.

One thing I want to be able to do is shapes and the ability to change their proprieties (height/width, location, rotation).

And please, the software must be free (no free trial).
