Just wanted to say unfortunely for me, Im moving to a new state in Australia therefore i have to basically
restart my life and re-setup, which means no internet for a while.  A lot has changed from 2000 -08 and its good to see old schoolers and lots of newbies still bringing wormnet active and alive and hopefully for many years to come.

Ive had good fun catching up with some peepz and playing new people. My last games tomorrow are Tomorrow 10.00+ Aus East Bris time. Prob start at 7pm to 11.30am . So if Ur on lets TTRR! lol.

Just some videos on the bag, features 360 Jumping back kick (have done on someone before lmao) and the other is intense heart rate training with some nice combos. These are old Full Contact Olympic style moves I learnt when i was young. Did 7 years training, I have now moved to MMA *UFC style* Muay Thai and BJJ * Brazilian Ju Jitsu*. Been doing 1 year.
