Description:
This scheme is basically FMA's SW Mole (https://www.tus-wa.com/schemes/scheme-3479/, check that for a more detailed description) with a water rise of 13px, instead of 5px which I find too slow, and not 20px which gets way too fast. IMO this is better for more casual playing.

Aside from that no more changes made, normal banana power (3), girder range power 3, 8 seconds of retreat and the allowed super weapons.

IMO Girder Radious Assist is quality of life (it could be enabled). And 13 px water rising is my favorite flood for almost all schemes (good job adding this). I will add FMA's mole one day to the wiki. Surely one of the best variations of mole Shopper.
