Description:
ten years later, due to massive demand (mostly impersonated by wally), we're bringing you back one of the worst schemes ever:
get frank made by peja and philie for the worms scheme contest 2010, where it scored a fantastic rank #18 (of 19 contestants).
we updated the scheme a bit but sadly lost the original written rules (for wsc) so i'm trying to put them back together in a more understandable way.
the basic idea is, having to rope around a fast drowning environment.
choose a simple structured and small tower race map, put 4 worms in each players team, plus select cpu 5 team with 8 worms.
it's played as co-op against the cpu. you start with 0 weaps, have to collect crates, and then need to kill the cpu worms 1 by 1, but important:
you can only attack the worm that is lowest on the map (or nearest to the water).
there's is zook available, but you are only allowed to use it for making your way through the (destructible) map, not for attacking.
the zook will be the cpus weapon of choice for killing you.
only after you kill the cpu worm 'frank', you are also allowed to use zook for attacking.
you can also play this as pvp, and let one player take the role of 'franks team' (make sure to rename one of your worms to frank or determine one to be frank).
with the exception of frank himself, the worms in franks team are not allowed to use the rope, but the zook and any other weap if they can collect a crate.

note: mablak thought in his review of get frank for wsc, that this scheme would be played with cba. but that's not the case, of course.

I started to use this scheme more often when I host mole shopper recently, I like that there is no cluster bomb and banana bullshit, the usual stuff which makes mole shopper luck based and idiotic sometimes. Everything is well thought out here, shit weapons are powered up, OP weapons are nerfed. There are still some things obviously that would never really make mole shopper to be among my favorite schemes, like infinite ammo of girders and very slow 5 pixels water-rise. This might only goes against my personal liking of course :D I change those, having 7 ammo of girders (like in Team17) and normal level 2 waterrise is the way for me to make it enjoyable and less slow and monotonous ^^ Otherwise, this scheme is better than most mole shopper schemes on TUS, AND better than hostingbuddy's mole.

Considering the growing fanbase in the Hungarian parts of the world, I decided to put 9 girders max (not infinite number), and flood speed was changed from 5 pixels per turn to 13 pixels per turn (260% of its original speed).

I must agree with Lupa, that taking into account all the scheme changes (making weapons almost equal), there are very few reasons now to hide forever under the ground, or to block the enemy endlessly. If somebody is really desperate, he/she can just use Freeze.
