Description:
This is the Sudden Sinking scheme, which is included with W:A, so you normally may not need to download it.

I just set it for attaching it to a tourney.

The game starts with Sudden Death. Each turn, water rises. Try to move to higher ground killing your opponent.

Of course there are no rules, since it's an intrisinc scheme, and I don't see why you would add rules xD. Even number of Worms and map are free.
