Phased worms enabled

Summary:
Players start by teleporting their worm to colored line #1 and try to throw a grenade into the #1 hole. When succeeded, they teleport to the next number/spot. If the next spot is reachable via jetpack or rope, they can use them and throw the nade in the same turn.
Grenade must detonate in/below top level of hole area to be considered holed/completed, grenades that go in and bounce out do not count. 

Rules:
Players can throw the nade only from the specified line/area.
The shot has to be direct/from ground, not with rope or jetpack equipped, unless specified by map.

Note:
You can use LG and max bounce.
