You using Windows 7? This is a shit that happens.

I heard a rumour that skipped packets have always occured in W:A, but the earlier updates couldn't identify the cause of a crash.

You're probably using an outdated version of the WormNAT2 WormKit module.

The latest version comes with WormKit, you can get it from the download page here:

http://worms.thecybershadow.net/wormkit/

More info on the skipped packet thing here.

Great. It should be fine now, as long as you're using the new wkPackets.dll file that comes with WormNAT2. Let us know.

yep, however it's important to note that the problem may still occur if a user with outdated wkPackets.dll just joins the game (independently on where the game was hosted at)
thankfully the update was in 2010, so there shouldn't be much people with the old version
Dec 30 2013 23:59:44 <StepS> windowed mode isn't the only thing you need about frontend
Dec 30 2013 23:59:49 <StepS> you need it to be actually bigger
Dec 31 2013 00:00:13 <StepS> it actually is very small on my 15-inch full HD screen
Dec 31 2013 00:00:25 <StepS> while running at 640x480 or stretched mode makes it fuzzy
Dec 31 2013 00:00:44 <StepS> this problem has been around since the Worms Armageddon's release and no one has even tried to beat it
