Hey guys,
I plan to go to russia for one week in august. I don't know which city to go....
Can you guys please advice me ?
It"s either moscow or saint petersburg.
I am looking for nightlife party (i am 25) and to visit the city during the day.
Can you please help me out ?

MonkeyIsland, my friend, I know your english is terrible and your understanding of society limited. However, in real life, people attack and humiliate others without the use of a single bad word. They even go to war with lengthy politeness. You can't base the whole moderation philosophy of a community based on the use of bad words and your struggle with sarcasm and irony. My attack to Jonno was fully justified and of proper good taste.

Visit both, there is no a big problem to travel from the one city to another and both are worth to see. I don't understand why are you looking for a nigthlife party here. Better watch @ night bridges in Saint Petersburg. Also there are many other night tours :)

For me Saint petersburg better
But  If you want еxtreme   travel ,  to come to Moscow  buy a train ticket from Moscow to Vladivostok, it will be six unforgettable days of your life))))

The thing is I got only 6 days and I think 2/3 days per city is not enough. I'd prefer take my time and really enjoy one city rather than being in rush and run everywhere :).
Well, I just think russia has an unique history/architecture so that's why I want to go there. And since I am not old and I go with a friend I don't see why I shouldn't enjoy the nightlife :)
Usu, is Vladivostok where you live ? Or is there a special reason to go there ? :p

For me 2-3 days per ANY city is enough :D I mean it's enough to visit the most famous places. But it won't be enough if you just wanna walk on the streets and waste time @ nights parties in RUSSIA (go to Ibiza hehe) ;D

you kind of implied you were going to go out a lot, well, petersburg has an amazing night life if you're into minimal/house
