I'm tired of avoiders...
There are players who refuse to play against opponents of the same level or stronger to avoid the risk of losing points and reach the top rankings. You know who I'm talking about

Very often it happens that when I accept to play some games, these players escaped or invent excuses.

By the rule, it looks like you can report an incomplete win. Usually he'd get a week to actually play it, but since it's almost the end of the season (44 hours left), he risked this when asking 'hal ane1?' and avoiding.
