IMHO, would be ok to have 2 div's if in TUS are at least 35 or 40 active players in every season, is that the case? (I'm asking it, cos I don't know), in order to have div1 with 16, and div the rest. Would be fun to have a little PO with the 12th and 13th of div1 v/s the 4th and 5th of div2, etc, all the stuff that can be made with 2 divisions
