I'm on 7.8 DL and 1.0 UL speed. Works just fine for me 
Though I be getting faster internet at the end of the year, cause new improved cable.

Xrayez is only good for TV services I reckon. You really don't need to be able to download 320 gb in an hour

My connession sucks so much but I have never had any problems playing online WA. I don't remember last time I crashed.
It's enough for me considering that I live in countryside and not everyone has a stable connection.
