!seen seen feature anyone ?

Uselly GalIRC or wormiverse provides the goods but for some reason " !seen " feature hasnt been available for a little while ... now.any know why ?

And how were they providing this info ? Can just anyone be the provider of !seen ? or did these two have special orders to be allowed to do this ?

pretty sure its just irc scripts any1 could use

I dont get this link? is there suspose to be somewhere on this page where I can download the script? I cannot find out how to download.
