Which graphics API are you using? Try using Direct3D 9 (shader) or other.
Also make sure your W:A is a high priority process in your system, I recommend wkAntiLag.dll

I using
DirectDraw x32, I changed nothing in the settings, and every day more and more cut frames. I will test the module, and write the result.

Ok. Try Direct3D.
