Okay so:

Finally found a decent emulator for windows xp on my macbook that doesn't have crazy lag spikes.  The previous emulator I was running I used wormnat2 at was able to host games.  When I transferred everything over to the new emulator, people can no longer join my games.  My game hosts show up in red and people can not join them.  Also, it shows up as me having an Argentinian flag, but only when I host, regular flag in AG is USA.  Was a clean install of WA, then I put in required .dll files, enabled workmen, and then replaced user directory with my previous one from my other virtual system.

If anyone has any insight that would be fantastic, thanks, I've always been able to troubleshoot my worms issues, but this one I'm at a loss.

I get this error message when trying to select capture text included on worms2d.info

Invalid capture filter "host wormnet1.team17.com or host proxy.wormnet.net or port 17011" for interface Local Area Connection!

That string isn't a valid capture filter (unknown host 'proxy.wormnet.net').
See the User's Guide for a description of the capture filter syntax.

Hmm... what happens if you open a command prompt and type: ping proxy.wormnet.net

I actually just forced the ip and it works now.  But, if this helps you with the new wormnat 2 info I will proceed.  Let me know if it is something of interest and i'll delve into it further.

You mean in W:A's options? That setting should have no effect when using WormNAT2.

Yeah, it appears to be an aberration.  The hosting only intermittently works, worked for a bit and now it isn't working again.  Unsure why because it seems like none of the variables have changed.  Going to try the input now.

I found the problem, it was on my side. Surprising that you were the first one to run into the problem. Should be fixed now.

The capture worked this time I tried it even without the second prompt you gave me.  I used the capture input on the worms2d.info link:

host wormnet1.team17.com or host proxy.wormnet.net or port 17011

So it started working and mostly green font, went to WA and hosted a game for a bit, then quit out after people tried to join but couldn't.  I extracted the following, attached below.  Thanks for the help cybershadow, I appreciate it.

Actually the fix might take a while to take effect...

Thanks for the effort, wormnat2 is fantastic, I would otherwise be lost without it.

OK, it's in effect.

Yeah without wormnat it would all be over. Is there a way to implement IPv6 support in Worms? ^^ Then I could open them ports and wouldnt need Wormnat.
