Having despaired, dsa`dP surrenderred after short time trying without having finished 1st attempt.

Sensei

On some maps it's impossible to have 0.25 sitting nade. The moment it sits is the moment you finished hole in golf! At least it supposed to be like that.

Slayer

Can't agree with you. His grenade bounced off that hole. I think it should stay in hole for some time. And rules say it must be 0,25 at least. It seems like fair time.

Sensei

If it bounced then ofc it's void shot. But you didn't understand. I said: the moment when it stops moving should be the moment when hole is done.

That rule of staying still for 1/4 of a second is kinda hard/impossible to get on some maps.

Slayer

Ah ok. if it's stopped then hole is done but it's hard to determine stopping for time less than 0,25 sec in playing conditions.

It's actually impossible for some maps/holes for a grenade to sit because of fuse limitations, and rubberworm isn't standard so you can't enforce a non-standard scheme option onto standard game players.

If the grenade blows while inside the hole, it should count too, for example we've allowed 4s full pwoer, 3s impact, LG grenades that blow inside the hole some 10+ years ago, not to mention shots that require max bounce.

If the grenade goes in, then out, and explodes outside, it's void imo.

But if the grenade goes in and blows while inside the hole it's a perfectly legit shot, at least that's how i've been playing golf since around 2004...

And as I said above, many holes are impossible to stop moving before exploding because of the angles/bounces/obstacles etc.

Slayer

Thanks for explanation. Yes, it seems fairly when grenade explodes inside and hole is done. I thought before that grenade must explode only in sitting position.
