Has anyone ever tried streaming W:A on twitch.tv ? I'm a streamer and enjoy streaming a lot of other games but considering W:A is from 1789 it's having issues. I made a game capture in OBS (Open Broadcast Software) and it's just not pulling it, and when it does... it crashes me...

any ideas? Thanks.

Yes, a lot of people streamed the game. You just need to enable Direct3D 9 and optionally D3D9Wnd. Keep in mind that the Game Capture in OBS has a bug that will lose capture of the game once you start a match but you can reinstate it (unless OBS have finally fixed that bug, which I doubt).

Dec 30 2013 23:59:49 <StepS> you need it to be actually bigger
Dec 31 2013 00:00:13 <StepS> it actually is very small on my 15-inch full HD screen
Dec 31 2013 00:00:25 <StepS> while running at 640x480 or stretched mode makes it fuzzy
Dec 31 2013 00:00:44 <StepS> this problem has been around since the Worms Armageddon's release and no one has even tried to beat it

I use Direct3D 9 Shader and it doesn't display the game capture when I start the game up and I get crashes with ERRORLOG.txt sometimes. I don't think OBS fixed the game capture issue.....

Thx that worked for me. :D

DarkOne

I stream and set it to streaming what's on my screen, rather than streaming the game footage

Thanks DarkOne, making a Monitor Capture for W:A worked... but when I'm in wormnet lobby the square is on the top left of my stream, when I go into a game it full screens...

Anyway to fix that when I'm just in lobby and I can full screen it? if not it's not that big of a deal.

DarkOne

I don't have that issue myself, so I can't really help you there.
Glad the full screen approach works well enough for you :)
