Unfortunately nobody at DroneBL (or other DNSBL service) will be able to help you. As long as someone else with your IP runs an open proxy or malware on their computer, it will always be re-added automatically, and you can't be exempt from it.
The only solution in your case would be to get a VPN. There are some cheap solutions available around, but it needs to be made sure that they can give you an unique IP address that would not be listed in any DNSBL.

через впн даже каналы не появляються, на один раз появились, при попытке джоин ту хост гг и больше не видно каналов.

IPS change ip adress. wormnet was working 1 week. now similar trouble, cannot play WA.
