Edit: Squeezed a GTX 1070 by changing CPU to i5-6500 from i5-6600k, removing custom CPU cooler and lowering SSD size from 750GB to 525GB. Now it's truly bang for buck.

Everyone should have a SSD this day in age, unable to understand why a build wouldnt include it from a standpoint of cost to performance ratio, not worth it to upgrade processor and neglect to get a SSD.

I agree. There are SSD for every kind of budget. For example look at this little fella:

Maybe doesn't have as quality as its Samsung or Intel counterparts but it's cheap, 525gb and really small with no cables to worry about.

Taxes for technological components sucks really hard... We have taxes here too in Turkey since almost all technological components imported abroad. Flying to Greece or Germany, buy and build a high-end PC there and return to Turkey is cheaper than building the PC in Turkey xD

I wish we were in EU so we could have tax breaks from imported products.
