Clan or team? Which name do you prefer?

I think that all clans were called teams in eSports long time ago. Should worms clans also be renamed to teams? Or it doesn't really matter at all?

that'd only bring confusion with actual in-game teams of worms
and don't suddenly change terminology that's been here for years, unless there's a big reason for it

Clan has a more serious and classier meaning.

And if we go deeper in the terminology it would also imply tighter connections between the members.

I prefer teams, sounds less like a gang, and less exclusive, and less scottish.
