I have 1,200 hours gaming play on steam but i never  played very well now i have windows 10 and it is worst now please some one help me to fix my sceen settings and play clearly my best game  

My graphic card is nvidia gtx 1050
Intel i3 6100 3.7
8 gb dd4 ram

I fix it my graphics setting everything is okey now but i have 0.25 sec delay and my worms drop faster

if I have these settings, but it is still impossible to rope on my new notebook, then bad luck? somehow everything is slower, i mean key reactions for example. but there is a setting when key reactions are ok, but everything is lagging :/
