I use wormnat2 and it doesn't work. My game isn't even listed even how much I refresh.

Hostingbuddy doesn't seem to be there or do anything.

Sometime when I try to join someone I get ''Connection failed''

Or if I do connect I get immediate boot.

...maybe you should ask your provider for some ports being blocked, because it seems for everyone else here it's working fine

There was an Internet outage today causing HostingBuddy to be offline.

No idea why WormNAT2 wouldn't work though.

is there a reason why hb doesn't work with greatsnooper? i have wormnat2 in my wa folder and when i host by opening the game myself it works... but not thru the snooper... which is kind of the whole point lol. hb gives me a DM to type a command to allow it, which i do... and nothing happens??? does this happen for anyone else?

yeah... i can but i'd rather just go into the game and host myself for now until it gets updated

The issue still persist.

I tried to host with WormNAT2, but my name is RED and no one could join.
Connection failed when I try to join people.-
Instant boot on my own HB games and other HB games.

I tried the staging server, and HB worked when 'I hosted and other hosted.
I tried to host on the staging server with WormNAT2 with no success, and my name was red again.

Why is this?

I haven't tampered with any files, settings in WA nad PC, only swapped some sounds here and there. It all worked flawlessly for years. I even reinstalled the game.

Also, I use mobile hot spot, but I have my own IP and the speeds are close to 30mpbs.
I can host flawlessly locally in other games more graphically intensive games.

(I don't use snoopers to host, always internally).

...I steel feel it's some port-blocked issue, or some protection software eventually

CyberShadow and I have concluded it is most likely an ISP issue of mine.

It is an isolated incident to my knowledge provided ( to me) by people which I've been in contact with..


I will keep you all updated on the situation!

For some unexplained reasons I can host and join games again.
