Any news regarding 3.9/3.8.2?

Hey! I haven't played this game since years and wanted to update it yesterday, but since I did it I can't open the game anymore. It shows me a letter that says:

Critical Failure
This BlackPill designed for WA 3.7.0.0(Rev.2)

And then it tells me to insert a CD-ROM of the game.
I tried many ways but couldn't solve it. If you guys can help me, I will be very grateful
