Hi everyone, I both tried Cd edition and steam edition..

When I return to desktop, And try to come back to WA, game freezes (Gets Blank) .

I have tried many settings, but no help.. Both Cd and steam editions are the same...

Can anyone help ? Thanks in advance...

there is only one solution and it always work. DONT GO TO DESKTOP, have some respect to ur opponents

Right click WA Exe - Select Properties - Compatibility - Uncheck ''Disable full Screen Optimization.''

Open WA - Option - Advanced - Graphics - Select ''Direct3D 9 Shader''.
Disable both vsync options.
Enable Windowed Mode.
On Right side on Advanced ''Auto Register Association''.
Click on ''Register Association''.

To get most of Windowed mode, follow this guide:

Other things to do is to reinstall WA completely and reinstall it. Don't have multiple version installed. I think this can cause conflict and problem with both WA.

I had same problem.

I only change wa settings windowed mode on and it works.

Man thank you very much. These steps are helped. Especially i didnt know SuperFrontedHd module. Now I can run the game in Hd format. And I think the freeze problem solved. (Vsync disabled, Windowed mode enabled , Autho Register Association selected and SuperHdFronted installed.)

Well I respect your opinion bro but, I have to return to desktop many times because I also work for a Betting Company which I need to approve big bets when they arrive.

SuperFrontendHD is pretty much a must. It even makes the game run better on lower-end machines that take some time to change resolutions all willy-nilly. (not so bad when you're playing an actual 640x480 game like Quest for Glory 5, but Worms Armageddon supports 1080p!)
