It won't work. You're wrong to assume every member of ea will take part in this.

What darkz said I'd first sniff around if there would be enough people that would want to play in a cup like this.
You'd also have to point out that if you pay entrance fee and then don't get your games done, there's no refund. (I know I may be silly for even mentioning this, but looking at cups, people seem to sign up and then forget about it)

Shasper u can find a friend who got online account to send money, or simply go to the bank and they will send too, they will take maybe 1$ for sending

about the deadlines- there would I do something like this :
to fit 3 times in a day. and If you log into tus, there's a box showing you :
" When could you play today?-and hours"  and if you click an hour,or even day , the guy who you gotta play against will see it and that would change the "forgetting about the cups in TUS " !

Maybe first let's make a poll ,,would you pay 5$ to win 100$+ in elite WA challange '' ?
