This game isnt finished ,I crashed , I know , he had advantage I know it too but in t17 never knows , someone have chance to win the game until the water cover the entire map. 

hm, he has a nice freeze for his 150 and 120 hp worms when sudden death comes, but I don't think that counts as a blow out. (he also didn't have any sd weapons). seba did just get a sd weapon in homing pigeon, so that helps, but still.. I'd say to delete this game, and replay a brand new game, but I'll also wait for other t17 minded mod's opinions.
