Description:



This scheme is basically a Boom Race with two worms per player.

Tele both worms to the start. Worm 1 needs to hit and shoot Worm 2 until Worm 2 gets to finish. The moment Worm 2 touches the finish line, the game is over. Worm 1 doesn't need to reach finish.

Players only get to use and move with Worm 1. Each time a new turn starts and Worm 2 is up, don't forget to select worm (just press TAB, don't need to F12 SW) and go back to move with Worm 1. It's easier if you put "1" and "2" at the start of their names, just to keep track of'em.

All glitches are disabled, most notably: angle glitch for baseball bat.

Cow situation: if you start moving Worm 2 and hit Worm 1. In this case, you need to go back where your turn started with both worms, and skip turns, until you are in the original position. The other player should not move ahead while that happens.

You are able to shoot your own worms only, the opponent's worms are immune to your attacks, just like in the updated rubber Boom Race scheme. You have a total of 20 seconds turntime to move Worm 2 across the map.

Spamming weapons is allowed. Shortcutting is not allowed! You need to take the designed path throughout the maps you play on.

You can use any boom race maps, not too big sized ones though!

Yes, I started looking for new schemes for the next Wheel of Fortune cup, and this scheme seems to be perfect for my cup.

TUS community here is practically dead...

I don't see the point in being here, much less playing at a pro level, including cups and other shit...

No one is interested in this here, and no one appreciates the efforts of other players to raise activity.
Doesn't matter, I won't lose anything if I leave this community forever.
Sooner or later, it will die out, it's inevitable.

However, WA is immortal, and will live in my heart, along with the Sonic universe.

I see original. the thing is that the original is less suitable for cups because it has a very specific map, or rather, it does not have a map choice for driver scheme.

^ tru dat. bo1 can be a curse sometimes. I didn't expect the same thing would happen from the past like you did in our Fly Shopper cup, and funnily enough, it was Ledan + Jago there as well :D (and another BR player, djongador)

I think its hard honestly, bo1 is fine usually for groups of 4, tiebreaks are easy, groups of 3 you can easily have 1-1-1 and replay.  Groups of 3 it would be better bo3 for tiebreaks.  But then you never know this info before signups, after structure is determined.  Maybe tiebreak is margin of victory if 1-1-1 again?

if they make another draw this time again, only for group 2, I might change the rule to play bo3 next time ::)
these draws could happen on a very long loop, all 3 of them are at an equal skill in duo race : D
