And yes, I think it's unallowed, too. But that's not the big point, because we made a rm then, in which FaD made a pretty long walk with his sheep. And because of that, this match went into a draw.
And now he wants a rm again and i think, he will find a way to manipulate that match again!

In the first game FaD tried to manipulate the result, he said it's undisputable allowed. However, they played a rematch (although that was already manipulation enough in my opinion). In the rematch he manipulated it again by letting the sheep run through a part of the map - and now, Big Billy, you want rematch again?

His first manipulation has already succeed because this match was kinda lost but he reached to get a rematch by doing that. Now he did it again and... you know what I want so say!

1st game:
Dragon should have told Fad to return to his checkpoint and that it was not allowed
(only if two players agree on this before game).
If he had refused to do, Dragon could have easily report a game with a complaint.

2nd game:

Sheep walking is not banned anywhere. Nevertheless it is considered as cheapness.
Dragon himself used sheep walking. And I see no point to complain here.
(Dragon used sheep walking for 2 secs, Fad for 5 secs so lets ban Fad)
It's silly.

I agree with BB on his decision and think that Dragon should host himself that rematch
since Fad has already picked 2 maps.
