I requested this to be public 
anyway last night darkmaul pm'ed me to ask to replace this for tomorrow at the same clock 'cuz it's at the same time with another tourney (dunno exactly which one was he talking about xDD ).I agreed,so i think this is going to take place at : Thursday (21st) 20 PM.

lol this didnt answer why u hosted a private tourn.

@ titio,I can ONLY host private tourneys unless I REQUEST a mod to approve my tourney as public,and I did so.
@dmitry,I can also read xDD (as far as I remember the mark was already checked ^^ )
