Finished

Description:
It's been a while since a tournament with this scheme has been hosted, so I feel the time is ripe!

The rules for this cup are quite simple. It's basically timetrial: place your worms at the start, rope to the finish. You'll have 3 worms each and worm gets one attempt to reach the finish.

Be nice with your placement! Don't get in the way of your opponent and such. Try not to stack the worms if it's possible.
If you lose time because your opponent ignored this or by accident (it happens!), just unstack the worms, aim your rope horizontal, skip turn and you can still have your turn with that worm. If you lose time and leave the start, that's your choice and you won't be allowed to go back to start and try again with that worm.

You have to activate low gravity every turn *before* you start roping. If you forget to activate it, rope back to the start, aim your rope horizontal and skip turn: you'll get another try with that worm.

The worm with the lowest turn time wins! If no worm finishes, the worm that got furthest will win.
The games will be best of 3, both in the group phase and in the knockout phase.

Map choices: no oneturners of the classic RR schemes and no abnormally huge maps (we don't want turns of 300 seconds as the winning time).

If you can't reach your opponent on WN, msn, IRC and whatnot: use the PM function on this site. Everybody is signed up here, so there's no excuse for not using that!

If you sign up, I suggest practicing this a bit offline, since LG RR is not the same as slomo RR. That's about it!

I want to see more activity in getting your games played (this means activity that I can actually see!)
Use the forums, use the PM function (and send me a carbon copy, so I can actually see you're doing your best!)

And most of all, report your games when they're played (I'm looking at you, Dibz!)

First off, hats off to Mister Pr for getting this big tournament finished. Secondly, even more hats off to Sabre! I shall admit, like I already did to PR, that you were not the one I expected to win this. You`re a great player, but I did not know you were this strong. Taking down Gonzo for three consecutive games is impressive though :) Still, I remember you owning Mir hard at WEL for a period, but you are even better now, congrats man 8) Benz for 2nd is no surprise, as he is an ex KTC member ;) Also congrats to SPW ofcourse, but I thought you would take home the big gold! Bronze is like bronze for Didier Cuche in alpine, and he is always the favourite (behind Aamodt and Svindal Larsen) :P
