Are the "telecow"/"telesuicide" moves allowed ? I will never use them as this is not how I play, but if someones keeps doing this, I guess I cannot say anything...

26 players are in now, but "Total players" field is 32 players, means that 6 players joined and then quitted the cup D:

No. I think the 32 players indicated are about this : "The nearest possible way is 8 groups, 4 players in each", but there was never,at any moment, 32 guys who joined :)
