Description:
Let's play Roper 8) This cup is played with a Roper scheme remix and there's a total of $45 cash prize.

The cup scheme is TUS Roper with two changes
1) Only the first player must attack with bazooka on the first turn. The second player can attack with any weapon on the first turn.
2) 210 HP at start

With these changes the turn order should no longer play a role.

Rules:
- First player bazooka first: The player who goes first must attack only with bazooka on the first turn. If you break this rule, you aren't allowed to attack the next turn.
- CBA, AFR, no blocking, no blowing up crates (basic TUS Roper rules)

Cup details:
- Prize money: $20 for the winner (via PayPal). Bonus: $10 more for the winner, $15 for the runner-up (bonus condition: TheKomodo  gets to spectate the final).
- Group games Bo1, KO games Bo3 (In KO stage both players should get to start so add more rounds)
- KO single-elimination

@ANO: I realized that I may not be allowed to kick someone just because of his performance/attitude. Now I asked MI and he said that I shouldn't kick him but not allow him to join further cups. "What's done is done".

Kins can no longer qualify from his group. We still have 31 other players in this cup. Let's not let one player ruin the cup :P

Take out my prize money then, MI is wrong on this, exceptions can and should be made in these circumstances when a player is giving away free wins obviously, not only is he taking away the chance for someone else to compete, he is giving 2 players an easy pass to the knockouts.

This place is a f**kin joke sometimes, really.
