Description:

Trippy - Custom Terrain - INVISIBLE MINES [Experimental]

This is an experimental version of my Trippy terrain, where all mines are invisible.  There are 2 variations of the terrain included; one where the mine blinks when the fuse time is activated (assuming it's not set to 0) and one where the mine is always invisible.  Extract them to your DATA\Level folder.

I thought I'd put it out there for people to experiment with.

It requires the wkTerrainSync module to play and won't work when maps are converted to .PNG as it uses the module's sprite replacement feature.  Get the latest version of wkTerrainSync from here : https://worms2d.info/WkTerrainSync

Cool idea, I like it! Now no one knows where the mine is and this adds interest, the effect of surprise and makes you play more carefully :)

Now I have a question, is it possible to make other objects invisible? For example, invisible crates?

Another question - can we now modify the mines, stylizing them to our own terrain? Do they have a fixed height and length?

Wait, so terrainsync can let you change sprite images as well?  I had no idea.....this is wild

Yes, you can make any sprite invisible including crates.  I tried removing the aiming cross hairs which was interesting. You can also replace sprites with different dimensions but I've mainly experimented with clouds which can be as large as 1000x400 px - examples here :

I've not tried changing mine dimensions.  Sprites like that might be fixed with having a hitbox to activate it.
