dS Tours v3 - End of Season 3 / Start of Season 4 - Feedback

1st off we'd like to thank everyone for participating in dS Tours! As usual records have been made and broke!

There has been nice activity although WO was active in the past month, this is how the top 4 are looking by points:

spleen17 - 111
Komito - 79
Mega`Adnan - 72
Hurz - 49

The highlight of the Season for me personally was the 3v3 Tour with "Green Slime" Vs "Shiny Yellow Foxes", we picked Teams by random numbers, it was such a fun Tour and we look forward to doing more of these next Season!

With only 1 day left until Season 4 begins i'd like to take this chance to announce a few new features for dS Tours:

Mulligans:

A Mulligan is where a player can rethrow their worm for ANY reason.

Players will be entitled to 8 Mulligans per Season.

Any 3xBull or Perfect Games scored by using a Mulligan will not be valid, however a Perfect Tour will still be valid.

Mulligans can only be used with the last worm to be used, you cannot decide to throw a specific worm at the end of a game.

If a player wishes to use a Mulligan they must announce it before their next turn starts.

Mulligans cannot be used in Sudden Death or Tiebreakers.

Only 1 Mulligan can be used in a Tour.

Monster Tours:

Introducing the Monster Tour! For the addicted Darter!

A Monster Tour is basically a longer Tour with more maps and more points!

Everything is x2! Including all the bonuses! So for example if you managed to get a Perfect Game in a Monster Tour you would receive a whopping 10 points! MUCH WOW!!!!!!11

Each player can only play 4 Monster Tours per Season! Obviously we don't want a few players getting too big an advantage in points

3 players - 12 maps
4/5 players - 8 maps
6 players - 6 maps

A Monster Tour will be counted as 1 normal Tour, just as Team Tours are counted as 1 Tour.


We will keep track of Mulligans and Monster Tours used.

We would appreciate any praise, criticism, and suggestions that would help us improve dS Tours even further, we will take into consideration all comments and possibly implement any ideas if we feel it would improve dS Tours for Season.

I forgot to add, we are also changing Playoffs to Bo9 instead of the usual Bo5.

Have also 49 pts.. Guess Hurz is in PO cause he have less tours played!?  
Btw, are you thinking about getting more PO spots in season 4? It's 8 in trl for example..

Hurz is in PO because his record is better than yours, and only top 4 players make PO in dS Tours.

Btw, are you thinking about getting more PO spots in season 4? It's 8 in trl for example..

If activity was better, and that better activity had better performance, then sure

But you can't expect someone to make PO when they didn't even win a Single Tour, sorry mate.

How will the monster tours work? they still count as 1 tour, or 2? Or is it a seperate thing (ie 4 monsters + 32 regular)?
