Playing games that aren't W:A!?

Just curious if anyone is doing any other online games? Maybe we could organize some games/tournaments if enough people? We did this in the past couple of times..
But some ideas were never brought to life.. For example Pokerstars tournament on private table.. That could be great. Friendly buyin, 5$ max.. Lot of ppl wanted to play, but their country doesn't allow Pokerstars.. Others just couldn't agree on time so it got forgotten.

My list would be:

ShootersPool - already managed to get some W:A players to buy this.. Cueshark, Hollow, SiD... Pretty cool and most realistic billiards simulation out there. Lot of variety, 8ball, 9ball, 10ball, Snooker, Carom, Blackball... etc. A must have for any Billiard fan out there.. I'm always up for a few.. Even 2v2 matches.

Counter Strike 2 - highest rank achieved was, i think, master guardian elite.. But most time spent in gold nova 4.

Rocket League - highest rank achieved was Champ 2.. Now diamond probably.

PUBG - around 130 hrs spent in game, few years ago.. Would love to do some duos, squads in this game.

Trackmania Nations Forever - free on steam, old game.. Thousands of maps.. Good stuff. Lemme know if anyone is willing to do some time trials.

OUW PUBG love it! I play it so mutch once but i guess 2 year time when last time played it but maybe some day would be nice play some Wa squad or duo

The game looks great visually, and by the sounds of it so much more to do, but I seriously hope there's an option to play as male leads only because I absolutely DO NOT want to play as female characters in video games.

I'm a guy so want to play as a guy, because I relate to guys not females.

If playing as that female character is mandatory, then guess I won't be playing it.

This next Installment of GTA VI is likely to be less edgier than its predecessors. It is also the first to Include a female protagonist. I will remain cautiously optimistic but the graphics are really nice though. But I will say this: Rockstar rolled out an update some years back and it removed a line from a random pedestrian ''You look tranny''.

For me, it doesn't matter who the protagonist is, as longest it tells a good story without being preachy I'm good.

There are some games I would not enjoy the game if the main protagonist was not female. Such as Syberia series and The Longest Journey.

There are some exceptions, such as choosing Chun Li in Street Fighter...

I don't mind female characters in games where there is no story, no immersion.

It's why I've always disliked games like Tomb Raider, Alien Isolation, Horizon Zero Dawn... Also why I don't really enjoy Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel because the only Sniper is an annoying posh sounding female(imo).

It's normal and common enough for a person to relate to their own sex/gender when it comes to storytelling and roleplaying.

It's actually weird AF to me that there are so many weirdo guys who obsess over female characters in a perverted way. Especially playing with or making mods for skimpy clothing, it's psychotic & disgusting in my opinion.

It's the same with TV/Film actually, they sexualize everything, they objectify everything and everybody has got to be hot... Look at the pathetic Fallout TV series they are making, have you seen the teaser pics? Even the male GHOUL looks as hot as possible FFS! A f**king ghoul!!!

It's frustrating af because the quality of character development and storytelling is deteriorating since the 80s/90s... Especially with the cash cows and money grabs to just rehash series and films that have been done to death already! Yes, I know, EVERYTHING IS A REMIX! Though they take it to a very unsatisfying level these days...

They don't make amazing female leads like Ellen Ripley or Sarah Connor or even The Bride from Kill Bill anymore, they all suck, even male leads are getting ridiculous... Timothee Chalamet as Willy Wonka??? F off with a capital F!!!

They are too "lazy" and "cool" to even name it properly... It's just "Wonka" now... They ARE a bunch of Willys...

Though, key point I made, is not taking away from female empowerment, but giving us the CHOICE... Of course that would cost more money to make though...

You never know, maybe, just MAYBE, you can completely ignore the female character and play through as the guy.

Right now 1500 players are online, on a whole day around 8-10.000 usually online. For cracked server you don't need to pay monthly like for original WoW, and mists of pandaria expansion was a golden age of the pvp era of WoW. I also considered paying for original WoW but the latest expansions of WoW were considered terrible worldwide.

if anyone wants to come and play let me know, I'll help in levelling + questing your character with VC, both PvP and PvE is very alive on here! eversince the time I started playing WA, I have met a few pro players and I'm pretty sure they would enjoy playing and I wonder what char class you'd play : ]

I'd like to find an online poker game that isn't full of idiots. Every one I've tried is full of people going all in pre-flop every hand. I play locally at a weekly poker night with friends and also in local tournaments.

As far as other video games go, I'm not into FPS at all aside from Destiny 2 but that's kinda different.

Not really into sports titles aside from golf and hockey.

I like racing games quite a bit and my favorite franchise is definitely Gran Turismo.

I love good RPGs of all sorts, but I'm a sucker for a good JRPG or 'tactics' style game.

I'm not a fan of any game which requires a lot of grinding. This is why I've never been able to stick with MMOs and the like. Feels like a chore.

I like RTS and strategy in general.

I'm massively into fighting games. Pretty much all of them. I used to compete heavily back in the day. (Street Fighter III: Third Strike, MvC2, KOF98, etc.)

I absolutely love a good tower defense game.

Quality platformers and 'metroidvanias' = yes

These days I have a hard time finding too many online co-op or pvp games that suck me in. Deeprock Galactic was cool for a while. I still play Fall Guys on occasion. It just seems like most games these days are set up so that it becomes an end game grind, repeating the same shit over and over due to the proverbial carrot on a stick.

I really like games that I can pick up, play, enjoy, then put down. This is one reason why Worms games have always appealed to me.

Knew this thread seemed familiar. Just realised I made it. Thanks for reviving Skunk3. It's hard to find a game that will suit our needs and timezones. That's why I still think us few,from community, should find a poker game that's available for Europe and US. As of recently, pretty sure croatian government decided to ban PokerStars.. If any of you have a good poker site where private rooms are an option, let's do a few!?
