You had played another league game exactly five minutes after you claimed that you had no time to play your opponents pick. You could have said that you'd be back in 5minutes or you could have simply asked him to play it once you were free, but you didn't. That's definition of avoiding.

You're arrogant and what's even worse, oblivious to your own behaviour.
Check your karma count if you think I'm mistaken. (profile->look and layout->enable karma system) That's how the community sees you as of now.
