i think its ok to agree to a bo3 from the start, but in that case, the winner should only report 1 win, and post all 3 replays.

but berria asked for that situation after 2 games were already played, its pretty much just a glorified DoN.

all though its not exactly legal, people still do these arrangements, usually with people they know, and respect, and then it just becomes a "gentleman's agreement".. the fact that vesuvio agreed to it, then did the exact opposite is pretty lame, but the rules are rules i guess, all 3 games should be reported :X
