I could volunteer for the commentary, I have a very clear english spoken voice, although I usually talk with my accent I do speak proper at interviews and with contacts etc.

I somehow wanna produce music for this somehow too xD

nino

it is better a non-english speaker comment ae like some german, cos usually peoples who  talks english as 1st language, talks too fast, it is normal i know, but hard to undestand.

thats why i barely can undestand avirex on TS cos he talks english as native language plus is a criminal then has the gangstah accent. :(

komo remember when we were on mic playing some ropes in da night long time, did u undestand me good? i could undestand u , but sometimes it was hard ae.

He's as clear as crystal, for me after 5 months living with him xD. My mate who comes over once in a while also agrees :o.

nino, devilage, desetroyah, I speak with my accent on ventrilo, because that's me being me, relaxed and talking with friends, having a laugh, being silly, I can do all kinds of voices and accents, for example, remember the born2bng movie? The voice-over at the start, that was me:

I can do all sorts :)

Is it just me or does this seem all abit over the top? If Mablak wants to meet Random i think he should play a season of tus and get there through the proper system of the playoffs, also  Random has to be active enough to make the playoffs himself.

I think deciding on the best allrounder and putting it down to two players out of those who are currently semi active is naive. Random has been very consistent over the past few months but what of his opposition in tus? If Dibz, Crash, Franz, Diana, Almog, Artic and other great allrounders were just as active and attempting to reach the playoffs I doubt you'd see the amount of gold medals Random has. Its a shame other top allrounders are not as motivated as Random to reach the playoffs more often.

I think some of you should stop blowing smoke up their arse, dust off your ropes and grenades and have a pop at trying to knock Mablak and Random out of their celebrity status'. It would benefit tus, w:a and the community in general than some kind of glorfied spa'ing session.

Well, I only speak of what statistics over the last 8+ years show, and also at least in my opinion, they are probably the 2 most dedicated players i've ever seen, more dedicated than anyone, in terms of committment to the game, impeccable sportsmanship, always treating others with respect, and taking competitive gaming more successful than any other player by winning and achieving more (in leagues) than anyone else, Mablaks FB statistics and Randoms TuS record are records that will never ever be beat, by anyone.

I also voted Almog 3rd best, he's incredible :)

frango23...random00 and mablak are like brazilian soccer team even when lose...still the best porra xDDD

Chicken, there is no doubt the names you mentioned are great, but I think even those specific people you mentioned would admit, mablak and random are one step ahead of them.. And still they remain modest.. The only wormer o think that was close to their level was zippp, when he was super active.. And we all remember his attitude..

So I don't think anyone is blowing smoke up anyone ass, just stating facts, I guess

Actually Chicken is right on so many levels. I've reviewed many many games, either out of curiosity or because I had to because of dealing with TUS problems, let me tell you, many many times people lose a game not because of being less-skilled than their opponent, but only because they are so scared of their opponent "reputation" that they do many stupid mistakes they normally won't do.

There are certain people on this community that love to sit and praise a few people while they do nothing about their own skills. A good example is that you can always tell how good is someone in some scheme and count on it because they are not improving.

Thinking like the ultimate challenge is "Random vs Mablak", is not creative but so destructive to community's self-esteem. The reason ZiPpO could stand up to them, was because ZiPpO wanted to be like them, not wishing or sitting on his ass praising them. ZiPpO's self-esteem wasn't destroyed by this false idolization.

While players like Random00 or Mablak must be respected for their achievements, but idolization is something you wanna prevent from happening. When that happens, people start ignoring the idol's mistakes/fails and read too much into their success. Little examples:
Random00 got eliminated by Madden 3:1 on season #13 playoffs. Why shouldn't Madden get a chance for such competition/title?
Mablak finishes 3rd on TTRR: 80 dibz, 83 Dulek, 86 Mablak, 89 Crash.

So what exactly are you trying to feed here?
Due to massive misunderstandings: MonkeyIsland refers to an island not a monkey. I would be a monkey, if my name was IslandMonkey meaning a monkey who is or lives on an island. MonkeyIsland is an island which is related to monkeys. Also there's been a legend around saying MonkeyIsland is a game. So please, think of me as an island or a game.

What am I trying to feed, Random00 and Mablak are human, they do have bad days, and do lose now and again, but looking at the bigger picture, they just dominate everyone lol, at least that's what statistics show.

I passionately disagree with what you said about idolising them, without idolising anyone, i'd NEVER have achieved anything I ever have, I idolise people, and at the same time want to surpass them, and raise the bar for whatever it is.

For me, idolising people gives me a reason to live, it's people you can feel you connect with to develop your own skills/talents on, "if he can do it, I can do it, or at least have fun trying, i'll win some i'll lose some, but i'll live to fight another day and who knows, I might make it :)"

MonkeyIsland

First, you converted idolization meaning into respecting meaning and that doesn't have any contradiction to my post.
Second I hate to talk like this. I challenge you into all classic schemes. If you've been really inspired by their godly awesomeness, you must be able to beat me easily. I've been here only 4 years compared to you and more than 70% of my worm time was spent on coding TUS. Could you please prove me wrong or you're so not in shape or "summin'"?

I quit playing worms lol.

I know I can beat anyone at any scheme - the sole exception is TTRR - yet I still think Random and Mablak are currently the best allround players. There's nothing wrong with admitting that imo. :P
I remember knowing who it was but dont remember exactly what I knew
