I dunno what u mean with V shapping style, but if you mean peoples who are strong up, and chicken legs, forget it, legs are the muscles i mostly work now.

Lol no, I just meant ya back. It just looks like a V if it's trained good. And legs are the most important, imo.

and i cant get big like this , 2 reassons, genetic and steroids, I`d have to use a lot to get big like this.
