It's a skip glitch.
You have to press F12 exactly when the timer reaches 0.
Damn, I have never succeed to perform that glitch. x'(

Theres an indicator at the top of the screen that shows the Skip Go was selected. I checked myself an it indeed does the thing everytime you select it at 0:18.
