This application has failed to start because...

Everytime I tried to run an program that I downloaded it keep saying " This application has fialed to star because framedyn.dll was not found Re-installing application may fix this problem." I really don't know how to do because I have really low knowledge about computers. Please help. :/

Try googling for framedyn.dll maybe? :)
Here's what I found: http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dll-files.shtml?framedyn
Just click "Download zip-file" and extract the framedyn.dll file into C:\Windows\System32.
dll-files.com is a trusted source, I had to download missing dll's many times from this site and I don't remember having any trouble with them.
