Ok, what about this? That Pentium and RX480 combo is a bit suspicious for me as it might[?] be bottlenecked all the time cuz I work in GIMP and Audacity a lot.

It's a 3.5ghz cpu with hyperthreading, basically an i3 for 60$. For gaming it should work without a problem. I thought you asked for a gaming build?

That's a worse CPU than the one on my list, and it's not modular. If you're gonna work with that Zalman or any Micro Atx Mini Tower you won't have much space to work with.

EDIT1: There's R7 so far, after some time there will be R5, R3 and some Intel chips might go down in price and maybe even GTX11XX graphics cards. Everything is going to happen.

I changed cooler with a liquid cooler. Because if you're going to get something like i7-7700k, you gotta overclock that thing real good otherwise it's as if you just got i7-7700 non k version. By the way will you really need a i7-7700k? Otherwise I will just put i5-7600k or Ryzen 1600x.

Changed RAM with 4x4 ram instead 2x4. Aesthetically looks better and price difference is minimal. Two dual channel. If you're planning to upgrade it to 32GB or something, you can keep 2x8 tho, but I doubt you'll need 32GB for gaming.

Changed SSD to M2 NVMe Intel because much faster, needs less space and requires no cables.

Your case is pretty good, but check this one out. It is 20 dollar cheaper and it got  T E M P E R E D  glass. Pretty sweet deal imo.

I see you follow a Red color scheme, so I changed case fans with Red led fans. If you need a Static Pressure one, get SP; if you need an Air Fşow one, get AF.

240hz is pretty overkill and useless. It is just marketting bullshit. I put a 180hz one, it also got G-Sync too, and cheaper than you 240 hz one!

Ive been tossing up with that case as i like it as well. Seen some sexy builds with the s340. Ill keep 2x8 just incase i want 32gb later.

sf3 is mediocre, I suggest you try po2 kappa mode

Got me heart set on that monitor though will be awesome for csgo. The 240hz is only for csgo then back to 144 for everything else.

Monitors with extreme refresh rates often suffer from flickering and washed out colors. They can sometimes die early because they are refreshing so fast.

And actually 180hz with G-Sync is probably better on FPS games than 240hz without it. Remember that most professional CSGO players uses 144hz.

You can of course go with 240hz but I feel like it's a bad investment.
