screenlags

hey guys i hope anyone can help me

i got strange screenlags, i dunno why, never had that before. i reinstalled win 7 some weeks ago and since then i got these lags, even if i close all programs that run in the background.
i tested all direct draws in advanced settings. i dont know what to do lol, they r not the whole game, they start like 5 mins after the game has begun.

i hope anyone had the same problems and can help me a bit

Disk problems most likely, see if installing WA on an external HDD or a ramdisk solves the problem.

Just install 3.6.31.0 on it

I had screenlags too, I've tried to go to the options of WA after Advanced then Graphics and I've chosen one of the options except for "shader (or something like this word) and I've seen less lags then before...
