Planned Events With Prize Pools

Here are the planned Cups we will be hosting and streaming, starting from when CWT 2021 ends:

$150 2v2 Elite Cup

$150 2v2 TTRR Cup

$150 2v2 Aerial Cup

We are undecided what order we will be hosting these events, though we'll try to accommodate for most timezones as best as we can!

You are welcome to donate to increase the prize pool and support any event you desire, though of course it is not a requirement.

We decided to have 1 physical, 1 strategic and 1 artillery scheme. TTRR has no luck involved, Roper does, so TTRR gets priority. TheWalrus and I decided to add our donations to the already existing Cups.

In the future, we will host more events.

These events won't begin until CWT ends, maybe someone else will donate some funds for other events.

I was gonna say 2v2 Intermediate, but I got PTSD from the last 80-cup match.

Why have you decided to change bng to aerial? I think more ppl know bng and it would be nice to have another classic scheme with these two i guess

I already have PTSD in Team17 Island Cup 2vs2

After I gave a substantial amount back to oldsock(it was my idea), we decided to keep the most skill based and non-manipulative schemes(BnG, notching), while also having 1 of each category of schemes.

TTRR/Elite were always the first 2 choices as those were the Cups I wanted to host with my own funding anyway, would have just been later. Also, Aerial is more enjoyable to watch in general than BnG unless you are a fanatic and the players are very highly skilled.

I informed TheWalrus about the decrease in prize pool money and it was his decision to spread the prize pool money to the already existing events, I liked that idea so put my money there too.


Edit - Also, since these events won't start until CWT 2021 ends, we still have a lot of time to potentially change things.
