Why doesn't TuS have a download section for things like Snooper, map makers, or anything else WA related?

True, but I was thinking of something else. I must admit it's long and hard to code and maybe not worth it.
I was thinking about the komo forum and was like: What if there was a database where people put their replay and at what minute the move is cool and from the site you can make a movie compilation from it. But well, doing a map editor is one thing but doing a video editor is certainly another one pretty harder ^^

I'm not sure I can see the benefit of that, TUS and also other worms resource maps would become filled with movies with bad quality.
